If you are looking for a place for bussiness, conferences, training, product display or company parties hotel Ajax is the place for you.

We have 3 conference rooms available:

a large room that will accomodate up to 80 people. (restaurant)

a small room that will accomodate up to 35 people – auditorium seating (1st floor)

a smaller room that will accomodate between 5 to 15 people (3rd floor)

All conferences areas have windows for a daylight access and are equipped with:

• air conditioner,
• air ventilation,
• screen and projector,
• large walls to display information.
• electrical power strips,
• WI-FI,
• flipcharts,
• access to daylight,

We can prepare your conference room to fit everyone with seatting that can be arranged to your needs. Tables can be arranged in circular, square, horseshoe, or auditorium style.

We can provide, coffee, cold snack buffet and or a dinner break.

All catering will be prepared by our restaurant, so that we can guarantee the quality of the food we provide.

It will be our pleasure to help you organize attractions for your group during your free time:

• banquets that include music,
• outdoor grills or firepits,
• horse drawn carriage rides,
• go-cart racing,
• sightseeing of Warsaw.
